Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Jewellery
Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
