How should I care for my jewellery?
To maintain the shine of your jewellery, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original Cherish pouch provided.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days domestically, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your designs?
Yes, all Cherish Jewellery Designs come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
